1) You will need a good simple parent letter. Explain how the money is being used and don't use a lot of complicated language. See our sample parent letter.

2) Set up a prize program to motivate the kids. I usually insist on this, unless the school or orginaization has a no prize policy, and pay for the prize program myself.

3) The brochures must be distrubuted on the same day. Teacher coordination is vital because sometimes teachers never give out the brochures.

4) You need to have a high quality product. You don't want your kids selling to your community what you wouldn't buy yourself.

5) Set up great delivery day communication between Parents and helpers. This will prevent you from doing all the work yourself and being overwhelmed.
